Early Check-In:
As many flights arrive into Rarotonga very early in the morning, you may choose to guarantee your room for Early Check-in from 6:00a for NZ$95.

Late Check-Out:
Late check-out up to 2:00p for NZ$95 can be requested, but can only be guaranteed by the Resort no earlier than 24 hours prior to departure. After 2:00p, an hourly rate of NZ$15 will be charged up until midnight. Stays beyond midnight require full night’s payment.

Meal Rates & Packages:
MAP Meal Plan (includes fully cooked breakfast, and a Theme Buffet Dinner OR a 3-course a la carte dinner) NZ$77.50 per person.

Payment:
In order to guarantee your reservation, a signed Credit Card Authorization Form must be received by the resort. Payment in full is due 30 days prior to arrival.

Cancellation:
Payment in full is due 30 days prior to arrival. Reservations are not guaranteed until a signed Credit Card Authorization Form is received by the resort. Cancellations must be received in writing by the Resort, which must confirm receipt.

Cancellation Fees are as follows:

• No Shows 100% Cancellation Fee
• Cancellations 15-30 days prior to arrival Two night fee
• Cancellations 14 days or less prior to arrival 100% Cancellation Fee
• Unused portions of packages are non-refundable
