Aroa Beachside Inn is located on Rarotonga, Cook Islands with beautifully appointed Beachside Deluxe units and Oceanview Studios that are fully self contained, Arao's focus is ensuring your comfort in every aspect.

Dedicated to traveller's comfort, Aro'a Beachside Inn is geared towards quality service, with many extras. Aroa can organise tours and sightseeing trips and provide free of charge kayaking and snorkeling equipment.

You can enjoy the stunning sunsets Rarotonga is renowned for while sipping on a unique Opu Ra Magic cocktail at the Shipwreck Hut, a well stocked bar and meeting house on the beach.

Room Rate Includes: Daily tropical breakfast, free use of kayaks, snorkeling gear/reef shoes, bicycles, lending library/games, sun lounges and beach towels, room starter pack and fruit basket, welcome OpuRaMagic cocktail at the Shipwreck Bar.

We are a Telecom Wireless Internet Hotspot - prepaid cards are available from Reception.

There is plenty to see and do at the Aro'a Beachside Inn, depending of course on whether you can tear yourself away from the magnificent sight of crystal clear waters, superb sunsets and soft white sand!

Here at Aro'a, we have a number of activities you can participate in, or facilities you can use.

Push bikes - find your way around this small island , which is mostly flat on the main roads and take a picnic for the day.

Water sports - We have kayaks and snorkeling equipment/reef shoes available for you to use at any time. There is an abundance of colorful tropical fish, even a turtle, just 30 feet from the shore

During the whale season, late July to Sept., we are treated to frolicking displays just outside the reef, a great sight from the Shipwreck Bar.

Extra activities - We can also supply you with the equipment for Boules, Badminton, Horse Shoes, Book Swap Library and a variety of Board Games.
